In general, the key medium of alumina ceramics is water, which is used as organic solvent, and then added with proper adhesive and degumming agent. After reasonable grinding and exhaust pipe, it can be immediately introduced into the gypsum mold. However, due to the strong water absorption of the gypsum mold, the material film will slowly dry and solidify in the film.
If the hollow grouting is carried out for alumina ceramics, there are necessary regulations on the thickness of the die wall when it is carrying out the suction of the material paddle, and the extra material paddle must be poured out to reduce the shrinkage of the whole body. When the material paddle is used, the material paddle with higher concentration value should be used.
