Alumina ceramic wear-resistant pipes have good comprehensive properties, not only enough strength, but also excellent plasticity and low hardness, which is one of the reasons why they are widely used.
Similar to most other metals, the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of alumina ceramic wear-resistant pipe increase with the decrease of temperature, while the plasticity of alumina ceramic wear-resistant pipe decreases with the decrease of temperature. The tensile strength increases rapidly in the temperature range of 15-80 ℃, and changes slowly when the temperature is further reduced, while the yield strength increases more evenly.
More importantly, with the decrease of the temperature of the wear-resistant tube, the impact toughness of the tube decreases slowly, and there is no brittle transition temperature. So 18-8 type non alumina ceramic wear-resistant pipe can maintain enough plasticity and toughness at low temperature, for example, the impact absorption energy can reach 392j at a temperature of 196 ℃; even at a temperature of liquid helium (2700c), it has the ability to prevent brittle fracture at the stress concentration position.
